A Dark Spania is a pitch-black Spania that appears in Super Paper Mario. Living on the 15th, 22nd, 28th and 55th floors of the Flopside Pit of 100 Trials, they spin at a high speed towards a hero to hit them. They cannot be jumped on because of their spikes, unless the player uses Carrie. As is the case with Spanias, they appear as three-dimensional creatures, unlike most enemies.
