The Wood tires also appear in Mario Kart 8, where they share identical stats with the Cushion and Sponge wheels.

- The tires of the DK Jumbo, from Mario Kart: Double Dash!!, have a similar appearance to the Wood tires. However, unlike the Wood tires, the DK Jumbo offers much less acceleration.
