Rainbi is a Nimbi residing in The Overthere in Super Paper Mario. Her name is derived from "rain" and "Nimbi". Initially she is frozen in ice in the shrine of Sector 4. Bowser can free her from the ice with the Fire Breath, after which she thanks the heroes for saving her and asks them to do "what thou canst for the others". Later in the game, she is not found in the shrine. According to Tippi's tattle, she believes in fate and desires to meet the fortune-teller Merluvlee.
