Sipsi is a girl who lives in Yold Town in Super Paper Mario. According to Tippi, she is known as the "town gossip", and she is always the first to know anything that happens in town. She gives info about flipping dimensions when the player sees a row of coins. If the player talks to her after completing other chapters, they can hear her gossip about various other characters in the game.
