Longators are enemies in Super Paper Mario. Their name comes from "elongate", referring to their stretching abilities. Longators are found in Planet Blobule and the Flipside Pit of 100 Trials. Longators appear as two white rectangles stacked on top of each other with a smiling face on the top one. It attacks by stretching its head out when the player approaches it, reaching them from a distance. A Longator may also use this attack past the edge of the wall they are on as the player jumps over it, potentially causing them to hit it. This attack method, however, makes it a larger target and thus easier to jump on.
