Notable mistakes and errors
- Similar to Zur Fernseh-Serie Super Mario Bros. - Spiele und Geschichten, Toad's artwork on the cover is based on his design from the first three episodes of The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! ("The Bird! The Bird!" - "Butch Mario & The Luigi Kid"), but with his vest colored lavender instead of white.

Notes
- Despite the book being based on The Super Mario Bros. Super Show!, Princess Toadstool's design in the book more closely resembles her artwork from Super Mario Bros..
