Miracle Peach was a four-page manga series published on the kindergarten-aimed magazine Gakushū Yōchien (学習幼稚園) published by Shogakukan, written and illustrated by Yukio Sawada. It run from January 1988 to August of the same year. It stars Princess Peach and her friends spending time while she tries to solve the situation with her magic staff, the Kinoko Statis.
Originally, the manga was subtitled Super Mario Bros. 3 (as in a direct sequel to the Super Mario Bros. 2 manga), but was changed to Super Mario when the actual Super Mario Bros. 3 game was developed. The manga series was eventually succeeded by a manga based on that game.[2]
