Mega Boos,[1][2] also known as King Boos,[3] are a subset of Big Boo found in Super Mario Galaxy 2, specifically the mission Sneaking Down the Creepy Corridor of Haunty Halls Galaxy. They follow Mario or Luigi through a thin hall, not stopping unless they are looked at or the player reaches a Power Star or Launch Star. Mega Boos are accompanied by four Big Boos, and Mega Boos are several times larger than they are.
A similar-acting enemy, Boohemoth, later appears in New Super Mario Bros. 2. King Boo is also given a similar behavior in Super Mario Bros. Wonder. Neither of these are accompanied by Big Boos, however.
