Boodin, Super Paper Mario

Boodin is a resident of Flopside in Super Paper Mario. Like his Flipside-counterpart Hoodin, Boodin owns a Catch Card store known as Fondest Hopes. He is found always in his shop, selling Caught Cards and Catch Card SPs to Mario, Princess Peach, Bowser, and Luigi.

He is very fond of playing card games with his adult customers, contrasting with Hoodin whose customers are said to primarily be after-school students. Compared to the somewhat theatrical speech of his Flipsider counterpart, Boodin has an overall more nonchalant demeanor when introducing and presenting his products, being a friendly shopkeeper who maintains a more relaxed and quiet attitude and love of cards.

Tattle[edit]

  • "That's Boodin, the card-shop owner... He chats with adult weekend shoppers... He prefers playing cards over collecting them..."
