A Small Sammer Guy is a small species of Sammer Guy. A Small Sammer Guy is very fast, but always has only 1 HP. This type can be intermixed with other types of Sammer Guys as well, such as having a spike. Those which jump can jump extremely far.

Only six out of the hundred Sammer Guys are Small Sammer Guys, and only the first is fought in the main story. There is only one green Sammer Guy (#18), two blue Sammer Guys (#38, #53), and three red Sammer Guys which shoot smaller shockwaves (#70, #86, #93).
