Winbi is a Nimbi residing in The Overthere in Super Paper Mario. Her name is derived from winter, just like many other Nimbis that have month and season derived names. She can be found in the shrine of Sector 4. She is initially frozen and Bowser can free her from the ice with the Fire Breath. Still a bit shaken up, she thanks Bowser for rescuing him. She loves movies and is a frequent visitor of video stores.
