Snow Pokeys in Snowball Park

In Super Mario 3D World and Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury, Snow Pokeys appear in Snowball Park and Peepa's Fog Bog, and three of them serve as the second wave of enemies in Mystery House Brawl. When a Snow Pokey catches sight of the player, it will begin to move towards them. A Snow Pokey can be defeated by hitting its head with a projectile or swiping it with the Tanooki Suit. The segments of the Snow Pokey will turn into snowballs, which can be carried and thrown. If a Snow Pokey is hit with fireballs, snowballs will not appear. Furthermore, a Snow Pokey's segments can be knocked out by tapping them with the Wii U GamePad. If a Snow Pokey's head is tapped when all other segments have been knocked out, it will be defeated. If its head is tapped any time before this, its pail hat will fall off.

Cat Snow Pokeys appear in the Bowser's Fury campaign in Crisp Climb Castle, acting the same way as they do in Super Mario 3D World.

Super Mario Maker 2

Snow Pokeys reappear in Super Mario Maker 2, taking the role of regular Pokeys in snow-themed levels, except they can be jumped on, which reduces them to a single snowball. In addition to retaining their original appearance in the Super Mario 3D World style, as well as in the New Super Mario Bros. U style (albeit with smaller spikes), they receive new designs in the other three styles. In the Super Mario Bros. style, they wear yellow hard hats instead of the red pail; in the Super Mario Bros. 3 style, they wear red knit caps; and in the Super Mario World style, they wear red bobble caps.
