Blubi, the blue Nimbi sage

Blubi is a blue Nimbi sage from Super Paper Mario. He is the most calm and passive of the Nimbi sages, matching his color (blue is known to be most associated with concentration and calm). He lives in The Overthere. When he is first found, he is capsuled within an ice block. After Bowser thaws out Blubi from the ice block, he is stuck with amnesia. Luvbi then informs Blubi about their task and so Blubi gives Mario, Princess Peach, Bowser and Luigi the Blue Orb.
