Its name and appearance reference [[wikipedia:hip hop culture|hip-hop culture]], with "yo" and "bro" being commonly used words among hip-hop-oriented youths, and wearing baggy clothing common among these youths as well. It sports a fez, a cape and two yo-yos based on [[Koopa Shell]]s, one red and one green. Whichever yo-yo it spins will indicate whether it attacks [[Mario]] or [[Luigi]]. It has a charge-up ability that lets it deal more damage, and can also feint an attack, which is indicated when the "spinning" sound is not heard.
