Template:Level Planet Blobule is the setting of Chapter 4-2 in Super Paper Mario. The planet is the point from which the Outer Limits may be accessed.
Characteristics
Blobule is a small planet that is mostly barren, though some plant life is seen. Planet Blobule has low gravity, meaning anyone on the planet gains an increased jump ability. It also evidently has a very thin if existent atmosphere, as the stars are fully visible; despite this, the heroes do not require their space helmet in order to explore the planet.
Chapter 4-2: A Paper Emergency
Storyline text
Mario and the gang cruised through space, led by the young alien named Squirps.
What kind of creature was it, anyway? And what was with those weird noises?
Whenever confronted with a question, it would say, "Squirps is Squirps, SQUAAK!"
All they could do was trust that he knew where the Pure Heart was and follow him.
They were doing just that when something appeared ahead of them.
It was a teeny-tiny planet.
When the player first lands on the planet, Squirps will need to go to the bathroom. Shortly after, the player finds an outhouse, but it's occupied. The occupant of said outhouse requests some toilet paper; otherwise, it won't come out. After searching the planet, Mario and friends come across the elder of the planet's Blobule inhabitants, Blobules being the planet's main inhabitants. For 1,000 coins, he'll give them a piece of paper with a clue on how to continue their exploration of the planet. Telling him that they don't have the money will cause him to lower the price to 10 coins. After bringing the paper to the outhouse, Fleep the Pixl will use it, exit the outhouse and join the party. His ability can be used to find a hidden key above a stone statue, as indicated by the clue, to unlock a door leading to the chapter's end.
Mario and Luigi return here much later on in the game while chasing Dimentio through the seven worlds.
