The Shroom Bells are a type of gear in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga and Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga + Bowser's Minions, available to both Mario and Luigi. They can be purchased from the Little Fungitown Fashion House after first arriving in the town.

In the original game's Japanese version, they give a DEF boost of 35 points, while in international releases, they give a DEF boost of 50 points. They can be purchased for 200 coins in the Japanese version and 380 coins in international releases. In the Japanese version, they also appear as rare drops from several "Bro"-type enemies, being Yo Bros, Boomerang Bros, the stronger version of Limbo Bros, Hammer Bros, and Chomp Bros, each needing the Advanced Swing Bros. attack or having the Game Boy Horror SP equipped.

In the remake, they give a DEF boost of 40 points and have the Emergency Guard effect, strengthening the effectiveness of the Emergency Guard move in battle. They can be purchased for 680 coins, and also can appear as rare drops from Yo Bros and the weaker version of Limbo Bros.
