Glohm Bowser is a form that Bowser takes after he is shot by the Zok Troops' Glohmaric Quad-Ray in Mario & Luigi: Brothership. He is the result of Glohm inhabiting Bowser's body.

During the battle, Glohm Bowser can be seen levitating. He can also use his Ground Pound to create a Glohmy shockwave which may inflict Glohm on either Mario or Luigi. Likewise, Glohm Bowser is able to use his Glohmy Fire Breath that may also inflict Glohm on either Bro. If Glohm Bowser loses a little HP, he will create a Glohmy puddle that may inflict Glohm. Once his HP gets cut to half, he will be knocked down to the ground and stunned for a while. After the Bros. defeat Glohm Bowser, he will fall down and revert back to Bowser himself.
