Laser Snifit are a variant of Snifits encountered at Woohoo Hooniversity in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga. They have a laser gun on their white masks with red straps instead of a Snifit's normal nozzle and wear lab coats. They used to be professors at the Hooniversity before Cackletta attacked and transformed them. They attack by shooting laser rings that must be jumped through, though they occasionally get close enough that jumping will rather give damage, and doing the opposite will not.

In Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga + Bowser's Minions, they have been redesigned to resemble regular Snifits, wearing red robes and black masks with brown straps, while their lab coats appear baggier.
