Isabelle

History
Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U
Isabelle appears in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U as an Assist Trophy. She tosses fruit at the player that summoned her, which heals them when touched. Opponents can also be healed if they come into contact with the fruit. She cannot be attacked, but she flinches if opponents get too close. If the player that summoned Isabelle is knocked out, she will hunch over with a saddened expression until they return. In addition, an Isabelle costume for the Mii Fighters was released as DLC.
Mario Kart Series
Isabelle makes an appearance in Mario Kart 8 as one of the characters included in the Animal Crossing × Mario Kart 8 downloadable content pack, marking the first time she is playable in any game.[1] She is one of the heavier lightweights in the game. As such, her acceleration, handling, and traction stats are lowered a little to boost her speed and weight, her stats are identical to those of Toad, Koopa Troopa, Shy Guy, Lakitu, Toadette, Larry, and Wendy. Her signature vehicle is the City Tripper. Like the other lightweights, she has a small body frame. Isabelle also returned in Super Mario Kart Racing as a lightweight, with the City Tripper. She gets her own course, Isabelle Crossing, which is Star Cup 2/4.
Super Mario Maker
Isabelle makes an appearance in Super Mario Maker. If an Isabelle amiibo is scanned with the 
, the sprite of Mario will be replaced with a sprite of Isabelle. This only applies in levels using the Super Mario Bros. graphical style; other styles display Mario's standard appearance.
"Mario and Peach"
In the Mario and Peach series, Isabelle appears in all titles. Isabelle's first appearance was Super Mario Kart Racing. She is a lightweight in the game. She gets her own course, Isabelle Crossing, which is Star Cup 2/4. Isabelle's second appearance was Mario and Peach 360, and she is a non-playable character, located at the Mario Kart table. She tells Mario that the Princess is in another castle. Isabelle returned in Mario and Peach: Super Adventure, as a non-playable character. Isabelle tells Mario if she needs help for Peach. In Mario and Peach: Double Trouble, Isabelle is a playable character. She helps Peach with the accidents that happened. Then Isabelle returned in Mario and Peach DS, and she is a non-playable character. She asks Mario and Peach if she needs help with anything. Isabelle came back to appear in Mario and Peach Wii, and she is a playable character. She asks Peach what she needs and asks Mario what for. Isabelle was also in Mario and Peach 7 as part of Mario and Peach's special mission. She punishes Mario and Peach that they were silly. In Mario and Peach 8, Isabelle came back to help Mario and Sonic again. Sonic asks Isabelle what to do.
