They reappeared in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. They have the power to give other enemies the Invisible or Electrified status. Sometimes it rides a broom, but this doesn't affect his stats in any way, except hammer attacks will miss.

In Mario Superstar Baseball, one of Magikoopa's alternate color schemes has him wearing green robes, making him resemble a Green Magikoopa.
