The Mario Bros. fighting a Fuzzbush attacking with Fuzzies

Fuzzbushes are small, walking bushes that appear in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga and its remake, Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga + Bowser's Minions. They live in the Beanbean Kingdom, specifically Chucklehuck Woods, though they do not appear in the overworld, and can only be fought with Chuck Guys (unless the Bros. are separated in the remake).

Fuzzbushes have teal leaves that conceal the Fuzzbush's mouth and eyes and two small roots that let them move around. In battle, the Fuzzbush's only method of attack is to spit Fuzzies at Mario or Luigi. The attack can be avoided by jumping over the Fuzzies. If they hit either brother, they have a chance of inducing poison.

In Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga + Bowser's Minions, Fuzzbushes appear as enemies in Minion Quest: The Search for Bowser. They are first encountered in Deep Trouble. Fuzzbushes are ranged troopers, and attack by throwing Fuzzies. Their Special Skill is Rain of Pain. They are weak to fire-related enemies such as Fire Bros. and Fire Stalking Piranha Plants.
