Scamper Shores is one of the first islands visited in Lake Lapcat, the main location of the Bowser's Fury campaign of Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury. It is one of the few islands that surrounds the Lakeside Giga Bell. As the name suggests, the island contains many walls and Chain-Links that require Mario to be Cat Mario in order to climb them.

Description

Make the Lighthouse Shine

Mario must climb up a mountainous structure with many Cat Goombas, Kittens and a Chain-Link bridge with many Cat Conkdors in order to reach the top, where it floats by the lighthouse.

Fury Shadow by the Shore

Luigi's Fury Shadow appears by the gate and Mario must chase it down around the level and attack it three times to obtain the Cat Shine.

Key to the Cat Shine

Mario must bring a key with cat ears from the lighthouse to a caged Cat Shine near the gate to free it.

Five Cat Shine Shards

Mario must collect the five Cat Shine Shards laying around the island to obtain a Cat Shine.

Blast the Fury Blocks

Mario must make Fury Bowser use his attacks to break open some Fury Blocks to reveal a Cat Shine and some coin stacks.

Cat Shine Shards

  • Found inside a hidden tunnel by climbing the first Chain-Link.
  • Found next to the second Chain-Link on the way up and can be reached with the Propeller Boxes underneath.
  • Found in an alcove hiding behind some crates after the second Chain-Link.
  • Found inside a rocky alcove underneath the top of the mountain.
  • Found in between a path of Chain-Links towards the top of the mountain.
