Sydney Sprint is a race course that appears in the Booster Course Pass for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. It is an expanded and combined version of Sydney Sprint and Sydney Sprint 2 from Mario Kart Tour. It is the first course of the Propeller Cup.[1]

It is one of two courses from Mario Kart Tour to appear in the second wave, alongside Template:Classic-link.

Course layout

While the specific layout is yet to be confirmed, the course features portions from Sydney Sprint, such as Luna Park, and Sydney Sprint 2, such as the portion where players drive around the Sydney Opera House. A portion of the unreleased park section of the track, likely for a Sydney Sprint 3, is also shown in the trailer. Additional gameplay footage shows that the Sydney Harbour Bridge now has ramps in the middle and that Coins are now thrown from the train; it is unclear if they replace the items previously thrown out or accompany them instead. The fountain that could be tricked off of in Tour is now surrounded by grass, is much smaller, and is level with the track instead of slightly raised up; presumably, this spot now acts as an offroad shortcut. Additionally, the course goes in reverse at some point, similar to Template:Classic-link.
