Mr. Scooty (known as Mr Scooty in Europe and Australia) is a bike body that appears in Mario Kart 8. It is a small, blue scooter with a yellow seat. It has the same stats as the Biddybuggy and Landship. Its biggest strength is its acceleration bonus, but it offers a smaller handling bonus. As a trade-off, it lowers speed, weight, and traction. This is the only bike in the game to affect speed.

- Speed: -0.75
- Acceleration: +1.25
- Weight: -0.5
