The gossips are a trio of characters in Mario & Luigi: Brothership. Found on Shipshape Island, these women (one blue, one pink, and one yellow) are always gossiping with each other, as their name implies. They often discuss matters relating to side quests, giving the player hints on how to complete them. In addition, their conversations reveal more about their own lives, such as how all three gossips are married and have children.

The pink gossip's husband is involved in the side quest An Invitation to the Spa. After Concordia split apart, he was unable to go to his job in the city, leading the red gossip to have him find a job on Raynforst Island instead.

All three gossips are captured by Reclusa's flowers once he takes over Concordia.

In the credits, the gossips can be found navigating the maze on Merrygo Island.
