A 10-Point Star[1] (originally formatted as 10 Point Star)[2] is a Special Item in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island and its port. A 10-Point Star is obtainable by winning certain minigames. It is worth 10 Stars, so it adds ten extra seconds to the Countdown Timer. There is a similar Special Item called a 20-Point Star.
