Cavemen are primitive Mushroom People that reside in Caveman Land. Much like primitive humans, they wear skin robes, though due to their relation to Mushroom people, they also wear mushroom caps.
Caveboy, a notable caveman, helps Luigi, Princess Toadstool, and Toad find ingredients to make a pizza to cure Mario's poison.
