Large Mildes are Mildes that appear in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island, its Game Boy Advance version, and Yoshi's New Island. In all of their appearances, Large Mildes march around in a line and are very rare, appearing as part of the fight against Marching Milde and in a few other levels. They pop if a Yoshi Ground Pounds on one. After a Yoshi pops a Large Milde, it splits in four. Their cheeks appear to be larger than the normal Milde's.

Extra large versions of Large Mildes are present in the Marching Milde boss battle after she has been Ground Pounded into two, which in turn split into two common-sized ones.[1]
