The Shell Patch is a two-dimensional patch variant of a Red Shell resembling its sprite from Super Mario Bros. that appears in Yoshi's Woolly World and Poochy & Yoshi's Woolly World. It can only be found in World 4-4, Knot-Wing the Koopa's Aqua Fort, where it appears in a block of yarn that leads to the second Smiley Flower, similarly to other patch enemies. It spins in place before sliding away.
Originally, the Shell Patch was not featured in the Scrapbook Theater's enemy list, but it was added to the list in Poochy & Yoshi's Woolly World.
