Mr. Scooty (known as Mr Scooty in Europe and Australia) is a bike body that appears in Mario Kart 8. It is a small, blue scooter with a yellow seat. It has the same stats as the Biddybuggy and Landship.
Mr. Scooty's biggest strength is its acceleration bonus, along with a handling bonus that's slightly lower than that of the inside drifting bikes. As a trade-off, however, it lowers speed, weight, and traction. This is the only non-DLC bike in the game to affect the ground speed stat. Its sound is shared with the Standard Bike.
