Stone Cyclone Galaxy is a galaxy appearing in the game Super Mario Galaxy 2. It is located in World S. The galaxy is an exact replica of the Cyclone Stone from Beach Bowl Galaxy from Super Mario Galaxy. However, few differences include the addition of Electrogoombas, the removal of a Thwomp, and the addition of a switch that slows down time due to the enemies increased speed. This is the only galaxy to feature Tox Boxes.

This planet is made of stones. Platforms on it turns fast because of the cyclone found under it. If Mario falls in it, he'll lose a life. Luckily, there are many Time Switchs here. Many enemies can be found here, such as Tox Boxes, Thwomps and Octoombas. Silver Stars can be found here, and after they're all obtained, a Power Star will appear.

Stone Cyclone Galaxy is a galaxy appearing in the game Super Mario Galaxy 2. It is located in World S. The galaxy consists of only one planet, which is essentially a replica of the Cyclone Stone from the Beach Bowl Galaxy in Super Mario Galaxy. Some differences include the addition of Octoombas, the removal of the last Thwomp, the overall speed being even faster than the predecessor's Fast Foe Comet mission, and the addition of multiple blue switches at different intervals around the planet. The switches are present as a result of the increased speed of the enemies, and are used to slow down the passage of time so as to make it easier for Mario to work his way around the planet unscathed. This is the only galaxy in the game to feature Tox Boxes, and the only galaxy where the Cosmic Clones theme will play without a Prankster Comet in orbit.

As a result of the Cyclone below the platforms, all the platforms and stone enemies move faster than usual. If Mario makes even the smallest error, he will likely die and lose a life. Luckily for Mario, many 1-Up Mushrooms are found in the course, adding an extra life. Many blue switches are found throughout the planet, slowing down time and all the speedy objects. Common enemies here are Tox Boxes and Octoombas, and there is also a single Thwomp near the beginning. Silver Stars and Clocks can be found here on missions 1 and 2, respectively, which are used in order to unlock the star. The mission can be finished much more quickly if Mario performs a Long Jump from the pulpit near the end of the planet. The Stone Tube Planet in the Supermassive Galaxy bears a strong resemblance to the Cyclone Stone.
