During battle, Dragohoho spits flaming [[Hoohoo Block]]s at Mario and Luigi. If Dragohoho tilts his head up, the Hoohoo Block will be launched towards Mario. If he does not, the Hoohoo Block will be launched towards Luigi. He can also spit out a Hoho Stone (a very large Hoohoo Block) to use as a pedestal to attack closer-up to the brothers. When Dragohoho takes enough hits in a short period of time, his body becomes smaller, similar to a [[Rex]]. When this happens, he will spit Hoohoo Blocks at a slower rate and closer to the ground, making them easier to dodge. If neither of the brothers attack Dragohoho for one turn when he is in this state or after a few turns pass, his body will return to normal size. Upon defeat, the curse planted on him will be lifted, and Dragohoho returns to being Prince Peasley.

Dragohoho is a large dragon boss fought in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga and its remake. After Mario and Luigi climb to the peak of Hoohoo Mountain looking for Hoohoo Blocks, they encounter Blablanadon watching over a mysterious egg he found. Upon the duo reaching him and the egg, the egg hatches into Dragohoho, who fires a rock at Blablanadon, sending him flying. Mario and Luigi then battle the dragon, and upon defeating him, it is revealed that Dragohoho is Prince Peasley all along under a curse put on him by Cackletta and Fawful. They did this to be able to sneak into Beanbean Castle and steal the Beanstar.

During battle, Dragohoho spits flaming Hoohoo Blocks at Mario and Luigi. When Dragohoho takes enough hits in a short period of time, his body becomes smaller each time he get stomped, similar to a Rex.

In Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga + Bowser's Minions, Dragohoho drops a Bwaha Badge upon defeat.
