Introduction
Overview
The four players have their own screens, standing at their own separate frames. The background in the minigame from Mario Party resembles a set of clouds with eyes that have been drawn with crayons, while Mario Party 2s background contains a darker tone of the sky and a small number of clouds and stars. The minigame then starts.

Gameplay
The minigame can be bought at the Mini-Game House in Mario Party for 350 coins or from Woody in Mario Party 2 for 50 coins.
The objective of the minigame is to uncover all the tiles on the frame with a Koopa Shell within 30 seconds. The players have to tilt the frame and let the Koopa Shell slide over the tiles to remove them. If the Koopa Shell bumps towards the player, they will be stunned for a moment. The first player who uncovers the picture frame will win the minigame. Tipsy Tourney is a 4-Player minigame in Mario Party, Mario Party 2, and Mario Party Superstars.

Overview[edit]

From their separate large wooden frames, each player competes to flip over every tile on their frame using a Koopa Shell within 30 seconds.[1][2][3] As a player tilts their frame, the Koopa Shell slides around, revealing more of a graphic of a Coin in Mario Party; a head of a Toad surrounded by a ribbon in Mario Party 2; or either a Super Star, a Super Mushroom, or a Fire Flower in Mario Party Superstars.[4] If the player gets hit by a Koopa Shell, they cannot move temporarily. The player that uncovers their photograph first wins.

The minigame can be bought at the Mini-Game House in Mario Party for 350 coins or from Woody in Mario Party 2 for 50 coins.

Its name may be a pun on the phrase "topsy-turvy."
