The GLA Tires (known as GLA Wheels in the British English version) are downloadable tires that appear in the Mercedes-Benz × Mario Kart 8 downloadable content pack available for Mario Kart 8. The GLA Tires are based on the tires featured on the Mercedes-Benz GLA, which the GLA downloadable kart is based on. The tires share stats with the Standard, Blue Standard, Off-Road, and Retro Off-Road tires, meaning that they cause no change to the driver's stats.
In Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, they are randomly unlocked by collecting coins. They now only share stats with the Standard and Blue Standard tires, as the Off-Road and Retro Off-Road tires provide stat changes in this game.
