Catch You Letter is a 4-Player minigame in Mario Party 6, Mario Party: The Top 100, and Mario Party Superstars.
Overview
The minigame opens with a Shy Guy in uniform anxiously escaping from his mail-filled post office. The roof of the building then opens before several letters begin to fly out into the field.
Every player must try to get the most points by picking up letters that drop on the ground and returning them to Shy Guy. Players do not have to press a button to pick up letters or when returning them to Shy Guy. Most of the letters are white and worth one point. Only two pink love letters ever drop, each worth three points, and have two distinct sound effects: one from falling into the area and another from being given to Shy Guy. Any player with the most points wins, even if players are tied.
Mario Party 6 has a page of the Miracle Book titled "Special Delivery" that is based on the minigame. It first shows Peach and Yoshi competing, even though it is not a Duel minigame. If the player activates the page, a different scene is shown of Shy Guy and Yoshi tripping, Peach getting buried in the letters, and a few more letters launching from the post office.
Mario Party 6 also has a nighttime variation, where there are no gameplay differences, though the area is lit up by streetlights.
