The solo player's objective is to eliminate the other players by moving the platform they are on, while the team players must survive for 30 seconds. The solo player can spin the platform clockwise or counterclockwise using the {{button|gcn|L}} and {{button|gcn|R}} buttons. The team players must navigate around holes of various sizes to avoid elimination, which is complicated by the solo player's spinning the platform. If a team player falls into a hole, they will be eliminated. The solo player wins if they eliminate all their opponents. The team players win if at least one of them survives for 30 seconds.

Pogo-a-Go-Go is a 1-vs.-3 minigame in Mario Party 7, Mario Party: The Top 100, and Mario Party Superstars.

Introduction

The camera zooms down onto a platform as the three team players on pogo sticks are dropped into the stage by helicopter. As the team players start to bounce, the holes open up, and the minigame begins.

Gameplay

The solo player has control over the stage, which has holes of varying sizes, and they can move it either clockwise or counterclockwise. Meanwhile, the team players have to try and not fall into the holes as the stage moves, otherwise they are removed from the minigame. Both sides have thirty seconds. If every team player falls into a hole, the solo player wins. If at least one team member remains when time is up, their side wins.

Trio Challenge

In Mario Party Superstars, the minigame is played during Stages 1 and 4 of the Trio Challenge at Mt. Minigames. Stage 1 involves three human players as a team against an Easy CPU solo opponent, whilst Stage 4 has a single human player play against Easy CPU opponents.
