Balloonatic is a 1-vs.-3 minigame in Mario Party 7. The minigame's name is a portmanteau of the words "balloon" and "lunatic."
Introduction[edit]
The opening clip shows the solo player flying towards a boat, while the team players are firing their cannons at the solo player, with no cannonball actually hitting the solo player.
Gameplay[edit]
The goal of the solo player is to survive the onslaught of cannonballs that are fired by the team of three. The goal of the team players is to hit the solo player's balloons with their cannons. The solo player flies a hot air balloon, while the team players fire their cannons from a boat at sea. The team players win if they shoot all three of the solo player's balloons. The solo player wins if they survive for 30 seconds.
Ending[edit]
If the solo player wins, they will land safely on a small island and celebrate, with the losing team of three nowhere to be seen. If the team players win, they will celebrate while the solo player is being carried off by the water.
