A Burlap Hanging Sack in Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze

Burlap Hanging Sacks,[1] also simply called bags,[2] are objects first appearing in Donkey Kong Country Returns. They are large cloth bags hung with a rope.

History[edit]

Donkey Kong Country Returns / Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D[edit]

Burlap Hanging Sacks in Donkey Kong Country Returns and Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D display bull's-eyes and contain valuable collectables, such as Puzzle Pieces. Burlap Hanging Sacks can be destroyed by tossing an object, such as a barrel, at them, yielding the item inside. Exceptionally, a Burlap Hanging Sack found in Stormy Shore triggers the appearance of a treasure chest upon getting destroyed, though the bag itself does not contain anything.

Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze[edit]

Burlap Hanging Sacks in Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze display Snowmad insignias instead of bull's-eyes, but they still act the same as before. In addition to barrels, Burlap Hanging Sacks can be destroyed by throwing certain enemies at them, such as Tuff Tucks.
