Víctor Delgado is a Mexican voice actor, known for his voice roles as Hank Hill in King of the Hill and Mr. Midcarda in ¡Mucha Lucha!

He provides the voice of Mario in the Latin American Spanish dub of the 1993 Super Mario Bros. film as well as Papa Mario in the Latin American Spanish dub of The Super Mario Bros. Movie.

In relation to Nintendo media, Delgado is the voice of Anthony, Myron, Tōkichi, Tenma and Professor Telesu in Pokémon and Raoul Contesta in Pokémon the Series: Ruby and Sapphire.
