Fire P-Pakkun are fire breathing versions of Jumping Piranha Plants that first appear in Super Mario World.

History

Super Mario World / Super Mario World: Super Mario Advance 2

Fire P-Pakkun are introduced in Cookie Mountain and the Special Zone. They mainly appear in the level Outrageous. A lone Fire P-Pakkun is also found in the level Groovy, and another one is found in Funky. They behave a lot like Jumping Piranha Plants except that they can also spit two fireballs similar to Venus Fire Traps, though a Fire P-Pakkun's fireball goes in two separate directions. They are rare as there are only seven of them that appear in the entire game.
