Four colored birds[1] appear in Yoshi's House in Super Mario World and its Game Boy Advance remake Super Mario World: Super Mario Advance 2, where they are perched on top of the namesake house that Yoshi lives. If Mario or Luigi jumps to reach them, they fly away. The birds come in green, red, blue, and yellow, the same colors as the Yoshis and Koopa Troopas that the Mario Bros. can find in Dinosaur Land. In Super Mario Advance 2, the same birds are seen flying around Luigi's hot-air balloon in the cutscene that plays after all goals have been found.
