Mount Must Dash, otherwise known as World 3-6, is the sixth course of World 3 in Super Mario 3D World. It is unlocked from the start, but can only be accessed by completing Pipeline Lagoon. This course is heavily inspired and is a reference to Super Mario Kart, particularly towards the Mario Circuit tracks from said game, with a cover version of the tracks' music, and the name is a pun on "moustache".

Layout

It has been requested that this section be rewritten and expanded to include more information. Reason: June 11, 2015

The level starts in a racetrack-like area with the game logo written on the sign signalizing the start position. After passing a few Dash Panels, Para-Biddybuds, and Piranha Plants, the player comes to a Warp Box which takes them to the next area. The first Green Star is in this section. Another section with Para-Biddybuds follows, as well as the second Green Star. Next, the player reaches the Checkpoint Flag, followed by some more Dash Panels and another Warp Box which takes the player to the final area. Here, after avoiding some more hazards, and sliding down another multicolored slide which the player can use to reach to third and final Green Star. The player then reaches the Goal Pole.

Green Stars

  • Green Star 1: Near the beginning where the road splits, the player must take the lower path to collect the first green star.
  • Green Star 2: After an upward climb, there is a Mystery Box guarded by nine Para-Biddybuds. The box takes the player to a room with dash panels and a rabbit who has the green star.
  • Green Star 3: Near the last Warp Box, shortly after the Stamp. It can be reached via Cat form, Tanooki Mario
and with Princess Peach's floating ability.

Stamp

Rabbit Stamp from Super Mario 3D World.
  • After the second Green Star are trampolines that lead to the course's Stamp. The stamp is a Bunny.
