Mercedes-Benz × Mario Kart 8 is one of three downloadable content packs available for Mario Kart 8, the others being The Legend of Zelda × Mario Kart 8 and Animal Crossing × Mario Kart 8. It was released on August 27, 2014.[1] Unlike the other two downloadable content packs, this pack can be downloaded for free.
Features
The Mercedes-Benz × Mario Kart 8 pack contains three new karts and one new set of tires, all of which are modelled after actual products manufactured by Mercedes-Benz. Unlike The Legend of Zelda × Mario Kart 8 and Animal Crossing × Mario Kart 8, no new playable characters, cups, courses, bikes, ATVs, or gliders are included in the pack. Unique to this pack is a small icon of the Mercedes-Benz logo that appears to the bottom right of each kart part image when the player is in the process of selecting kart parts before a race.

GLA - A kart based on Mercedes-Benz's GLA, a luxury compact SUV.
W 25 Silver Arrow - A kart based on the W 25 Silver Arrow race car formerly produced by Mercedes-Benz.- File:300SLRoadster-MK8.png 300 SL Roadster - A kart based on the 300 SL Roadster sports car formerly produced by Mercedes-Benz.
GLA Tires - A set of tires based on the tires that are a part of the Mercedes-Benz GLA.
