'Cause I'm Cranky
At the very beginning of the episode "Bad Hair Day", Cranky Kong plays a pipe organ while singing "'Cause I'm Cranky" just before he introduces the audience to the Crystal Coconut.
Some people call me negative
They don't like my frown
They all try to cheer me up
But I'm down with being down!I know what you're thinking
He's a genius... 'Cause I am!'Cause I'm Cranky
I got my finger on the beat
Yeah, I'm Cranky
The oldest, wisest ape you'll ever meet!
I'm Candy Kong's Clone
In the episode "Bad Hair Day", after a group of Kritters attach the Candy Clone's head to her body as per King K. Rool and General Klump's orders, she sings "I'm Candy Kong's Clone".
I'm Candy Kong's clone
We look like we're one and the same
I know what you're thinking
But, honey, I'm no ordinary dameI'm sugary sweet
Ooh!
Just like candy cane
My charm and good looks
Drive all the apes insaneEvery monkey's dream
For your evil scheme
It's so cool
To work for King K. Rool
Cranky's Gonna Show Ya
At the very beginning of the episode "Ape Foo Young", Cranky Kong plays a pipe organ while singing "Cranky's Gonna Show Ya".
You say you gotta be young to rock
But Cranky's gonna show ya how to walk the walk
I'll show ya moves that you've never seen
I'll take ya to places ya never been
I know you're thinking that I'm much too old
But when they made Cranky, they broke the mold!I'm gonna show you, without a doubt!
This old body will never give out- EEEYAH!
Diddy to the Rescue
In the episode "Ape Foo Young", just after King K. Rool refuses to bargain the Crystal Coconut for Cranky Kong's youth serum, the scene transitions to Diddy Kong singing "Diddy to the Rescue".
The time has come for me to help DK
Swing into action and finally save the day
Everybody, see what I can do
'Cause it's Diddy to the rescueI can do most anything
That Donkey Kong can do
Ohh!
Don't take too much to get me excited
Get out of my way
'Cause Diddy's coming through!
Pirate's Scorn
At the very beginning of the episode "Booty and the Beast", Kaptain Skurvy sings "Pirate's Scorn" aboard his pirate ship, with Green Kroc and Kutlass as backup singers.
SKURVY:
Arrh, when I was a young lad, my father said to me
"Arrh, lend an ear and learn some pirate history!
Once a fearsome pirate ruled the seven seas
He was your great-great-great-grandpappy, Quint Skurvy!"
He told me tall tales of his ill-begotten gains
But the greatest treasure of them all still haunts me to this day!ALL:
I'll make you swab the deck and then I'll throw you in the brig!
I swear I'll make you walk the plank to right the wrong you did!
The day you mess with Skurvy, arrh, you'll wish you were never born!
When the Coconut is mine, then you'll feel this pirate's scorn!SKURVY:
He hid it in an idol where it stayed for many years
But the eye of Inka Dinka Doo did shed the crystal tear
It lay upon the ground until, much to my surprise
A stupid ape just wandered by and snatched my treasured prize
He discovered it possessed extraordinary power
But stealing it from Skurvy would be his darkest hour!ALL:
I'll make you swab the deck and then I'll throw you in the brig!
I swear I'll make you walk the plank to right the wrong you did!
The day you mess with Skurvy, arrh, you'll wish you were never born!
When the Coconut is mine, then you'll feel this pirate's scorn! When the Coconut is mine, then you'll feel this pirate's scorn!
Arrh!
I Gotta Eat!
In the episode "Booty and the Beast", when Donkey Kong asks Jr. Klap Trap for his assistance in freeing him and Diddy Kong from the barrels restraining them, Jr. Klap Trap offers a wager by singing "I Gotta Eat!". The music used in this song is "Smithereens" from the album NLV 176 - Road Trip Rock.
I like the taste of a pirate ship
A yummy boat filled with gold is so hip
Skurvy took my teeth 'cause he's afraid of me
He knows I'll eat everything I seeI got a deal that you can't refuse
I got the key, somethin' you can use
If you don't help me then it looks like we're beat
Someone get my teeth back
I gotta eat!Haven't had a check-up in a century
I can't recall a single cavity
Pardon me for frowning, I don't mean to be rude
Without my teeth, I'm gummin' on my foodThat Kaptain Skurvy, man, what a pest!
He took my teeth and threw them in the crow's nest
If you don't help me then it looks like we're beat
Someone get my teeth back
Someone get my teeth back
Someone get my teeth back
I gotta eat!
Creeping
In the episode "Barrel, Barrel... Who's Got the Barrel", following Candy Kong's rejection of Bluster Kong due to his bizarre new hairstyle and her affection for Donkey Kong, Bluster decides to steal the Crystal Coconut, singing "Creeping" along the way.
Here I go creeping, shhh, don't make a sound
Get the Crystal Coconut, and Candy, come around
Donkey Kong ain't good enough, anyone can see
That the only ape for her in Kongo Bongo is meLook at Cranky sleeping, hour after hour
When I get the coconut, I get the power
Everything I want and everything I need
Is finally right in front of me to satisfy my greed! This is all too easy, feels like a dream
Possessing all the power will make Donkey Kong scream!
Have We Got a Deal?
In the episode "Barrel, Barrel... Who's Got the Barrel", following a sequence in which Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong chase Eddie the Mean Old Yeti for Barrel 007, they all sing "Have We Got a Deal?".
DIDDY:
Say, Eddie, how about a deal?DK:
Fire for the barrel? It's a bargain!DIDDY:
It's a steal!EDDIE:
"Steal?"DIDDY:
No, but here's the catchDK:
Give us the barrel, and we'll give you a matchDIDDY:
Matches give you fire, and fire gives you lightDK:
Will a barrel keep you warm on a cold winter's night?EDDIE:
Light?DK AND DIDDY:
Right!DK:
There's more you can doDIDDY:
Like cook banana burgers on the barbecue!EDDIE:
Barbecue?DIDDY:
And firecrackers, too!DK:
Can a barrel light the sky like fireworks do?DK AND DIDDY:
So, have we got a deal, have we got a deal, Eddie?
Eddie, have we got a deal?
So, have we got a deal, have we got a deal, Eddie?
Eddie, have we got a deal?EDDIE:
How do I get this thing to light?DIDDY:
Gotta move it, gotta shake it, gotta scratch it just right!
I'm Nobody's Hero
In the episode "Kong for a Day", following Donkey Kong's banishment to the White Mountains, he sings "I'm Nobody's Hero" out of despair.
I don't know what's happenin' to me
I'm gettin' all the blame for things I didn't do
Can anybody tell me just what I did wrong?
I'm all alone and I'm so confusedI don't know what everyone wants me to be
I only know just how to be me
Once I was the ape of the hour
They think I'm a coward
An absolute zero
I'm nobody's heroAn absolute zero
I'm nobody's hero
I'm nobody's hero
Second Banana
In the episode "Kong for a Day", following Cranky Kong's call for Diddy Kong to foil King K. Rool's plot, the scene transitions to him singing "Second Banana".
What do you expect from someone
Who has never, ever been the king before?
Never had to save the day
Now I've no idea what's in storeSecond banana's what I am
I never thought this job would be
Full of so much misery
Second banana's what I know
I'm just not cut out to be the heroMaybe it's a twist of fate
But I can never recreate the ape he was
I'm the tutti to his frutti
And the peach to his fuzzSecond banana's what I am
We made such a perfect team
Now I'm all alone, it seems
Second banana's what I know
I'm just not cut out to be the heroThe hero...
The hero...
The hero...
The hero...
The hero!
The Curse of the Golden Banana
In the episode "Raiders of the Lost Banana", after Cranky Kong berates Donkey Kong for stealing the Golden Banana following an earthquake caused by it, both sing "The Curse of the Golden Banana".
CRANKY:
See here, look what you've done now!
You have brought the wrath of Inka Dinka Doo on down!DK:
How can such a pretty thing as this
Make things really go amiss?
All I want is Candy's kissCRANKY:
You're a fool, can't you see that there's a curse?
Put the Banana back or things are gonna get much worse!DK:
What's with all the worry?
Can't you see I'm in a hurry?
It's the perfect gift for our anniversaryCRANKY:
The curse will bring the destruction of the entire island
And there'll be no bananas left for you to eat!DK:
No bananas?!BOTH:
It's the curse of the Golden Banana
The curse of the Golden Banana
The curse of the Golden Banana
The curse of the Golden Banana!
Our Love is Stronger Than a Golden Banana
In the episode "Raiders of the Lost Banana", when Donkey Kong has just rescued Candy Kong from King K. Rool's clutches, the two sing "Our Love is Stronger Than a Golden Banana".
CANDY:
When I see a smile on your hairy face
I know there's no other ape that could take your placeDK:
I can't believe you feel the way that you do
Your love is like a dream come trueCANDY:
You are the sunlight warmin' up my day
Take my hand and everything's OKDK:
I see bananas when I look in your eyes
I'd shower you with coconut cream piesA love like ours don't grow on trees

Can't you see we're meant to be?BOTH:
Our love is stronger than a Golden Banana
Our love is stronger than a Golden Banana
Stronger than a Golden Banana
Bluster the Benevolent
In the episode "From Zero to Hero", when Bluster Kong laments over his "terminal illness" and decides to improve his reputation within a week, he sings "Bluster the Benevolent".
I will be remembered as a straight-up honest guy
Who will gladly give his life to save the average passerby
They'll erect a statue in honor of me
A monument to symbolize my braveryBluster the Benevolent, hailed as a king
Blessing one and all instead of cursing everythingI would hand out daisies and rescue kittens from a tree
And pick up all the litter that falls in front of me
Maybe they will name a city after me
With plaques on every building, signs of my nobilityBluster the Benevolent, hailed as a god
Spreading joy and love instead of bumbling like a clod
Bluster the Benevolent wins the Nobel Prize
For bringing world peace about in the blink of an eye
My Finest Hour
In the episode "From Zero to Hero", as King K. Rool's Kritter minions are hailing him for his successful claiming of the Crystal Coconut, K. Rool begins singing "My Finest Hour". This song shares the same rhythm as "Krook's March" from Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest.
It's great to be a king! I seem to have a knack
For taking everything I want and giving nothing back
I'll take away your jellies; I'll take away your jams
Have a nice vacation when I take your travel plans! Now that I have the power, this is my finest hour
Nothing on this Earth can stop me now!Everything is mine! I finally have control!
Uh, excuse me, I hope I don't sound too droll
I'll take your color TVs, and a banana, if you please
And I'll put an end to this silly world peace!Fools! While I watch you cower, this is my finest hour
Bait you on my hook, just like a worm!
Before I crush you like a bug, come over here and give me a hug
It gives me so much joy to watch you squirm!
Riches Galore (Let's Go!)
In the episode "Buried Treasure", when Donkey Kong shows disinterest in Diddy Kong and Funky Kong's desire for a treasure hunt, the latter duo sings "Riches Galore (Let's Go!)" to convince him otherwise.
FUNKY:
How could you pass on somethin' like this?DIDDY:
Not wanna go when it's all that you wished for?FUNKY:
Think of all the treasure you're gonna miss!DIDDY:
Don't you wanna get your hands on riches galore?DK:
No.FUNKY:
Get your head out of the clouds!DIDDY:
Adventure's waitin', time's a-wastin'!FUNKY:
You could be livin' on easy street!DIDDY:
C'mon, DK, doesn't this sound sweet?DK:
No.FUNKY:
You could have a house with coconut walls!DIDDY:
You could have a swing for two installed!FUNKY:
You could have your own banana tree!DIDDY:
You could buy anything you want for Candy!DK:
A gift for Candy!?ALL:
Let's go, let's go! Hit the road!
We'll find treasure by the truckload!
Let's go, let's go! Grab the map!
We'll buy more rhymes than we can rap!DK:
Fire up the plane, Funky!
All I Want
In the episode "Buried Treasure" while Candy Kong and Dixie Kong are riding on a Mine Cart with the titular treasure in their hands while avoiding the others, "All I Want" is sung.
CANDY:
With these riches, I will gain my freedom
From Bluster acting like a jerk
I don't need anyone to shower me with diamonds
I won't ever have to workK. ROOL:
Not so fast, my dear, the treasure is mine now
I can plan my evil schemes
With this device I will take over the island
Oh, it sounds like such a dreamDK:
I don't mean to disappoint you, K. Rool
I'm gonna stop you from your evil ways
Kongo Bongo will be out of your grasp
And the island will be safe for one more dayBLUSTER:
Oh my goodness, oh my gosh, I don't like this
Someone take away this doomsday thing
I have to think about myself and save my own skin
Who knows what evil this will bring?CANDY:
All I wanna do is buy the factory
Ooh, all the freedom and luxuryDK:
Gonna be a hero when I save the island
Gotta stop King K. Rool's evil plansBLUSTER:
The thought of my demise displeases me
Self-preservation is the keyK. ROOL:
The keg is mine, so I'll see you later
All hail your new dictator!
Mixing Your Cares Away
In the episode "Cranky's Tickle Tonic", when Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong are looking through what they think is a recipe book to keep themselves awake, they sing "Mixing Your Cares Away".
DK:
Say "one banana" and "zing-zang-zote"
Then say "coconut" and it should floatDIDDY:
A dash of "zing" adds a bit of ping!
A cup of "zang" gives it some tang!DK:
A little bit of that and a whole lotta this!DIDDY:
A pinch of "zote" and you can't miss!BOTH:
Say "one banana" and "zing-zang-zote"
Then say "coconut" and it should float
When the recipe tastes OK
Then you're mixing your cares awayDK:
A quart of this might give it some zip!DIDDY:
Give it a stir 'til it sticks to your fur!DK:
A gallon of that might give it some taste!"DIDDY:
Pass it quick, there's no time to waste!BOTH:
Say "one banana" and "zing-zang-zote"
Then say "coconut" and it should float
When the recipe tastes OK
Then you're mixing your cares awayDK:
This is so much fun, I can't wait 'til it's done!DIDDY:
It's gonna taste great, just you wait!DK:
Is it ready to try? I'm so excited I could die!DIDDY:
A little more "zing" is just the thing!BOTH:
Say "one banana" and "zing-zang-zote"
Then say "coconut" and it should float
Say "one banana" and "zing-zang-zote"
Then say "coconut" and it should float
No One's Going to Make a Monkey Out of Me
In the episode "Get a Life, Don't Save One", when King K. Rool hears General Klump's testimony about the Kongs and suspects a scheme, he proceeds to sing "No One's Going to Make a Monkey Out of Me".
Everyone is plotting against me
They're muttering behind me; I smell a scam
Donkey Kong and Bluster, working together
How naïve do they think I am?No one's going to make a monkey out of me
No one gets this diabolical sipping tea
I'm the rightful ruler, anyone can see
No one's going to make a monkey out of meThey must be building a top secret weapon
Mounting an army as fast as they can
The nerve of those two impudent apes
What kind of fool do they think I am!?I'm hearing voices in my head - what should I do!?
I've got to break this rebellious plot in two
They're working on counter-intelligence, after all
What kind of intelligence do apes have in brains that small!?No one's going to make a monkey out of me
No one gets this diabolical sipping tea
I'm the rightful ruler, anyone can see
No one's going to make a monkey out of me
Listen to Funky
In the episode "Get a Life, Don't Save One", when Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong ask Funky Kong for advice on how to avoid Bluster Kong's presence, Funky sings "Listen to Funky".
Kick back and have a zone-out
Cop a set and glide by, leavin' you with no doubt
No need to wig, ya dig?
It's a hardcore, full-tilt chiller boogieDo that monkey like that monkey do you
Listen to Funky 'cause my words rings true
If you wanna get a monkey off-a your back
Let him save your life and you'll be even, it's as simple as thatRip curl, pipe line, max in the slam
Be cool, bro, it's a radical jam
Run it up an air pole, chill with ease
Make ya wanna pound surf in ten degreesDo that monkey like that monkey do you
Oh, listen to Funky 'cause my words rings true
(Scatting)
If you wanna get a monkey off-a your back
Let him save your life and you'll be even, it's as simple as that
(Scatting)
Let him save your life and you'll be even, it's as simple as that

Later, when it is Donkey Kong's turn to initiate in the climactic dance-off, he sings a reprise of "Anyone Can Dance" the moment Diddy Kong and Funky Kong begin playing some bongos.

Holograms
In the episode "Double Date Trouble", when Diddy Kong attempts to use the Crystal Coconut to teleport to Bluster Barrelworks and free Donkey Kong from the barrel he is trapped in, Cranky Kong (in his hologram form) sings "Holograms" to explain why Diddy's attempted actions are not possible to perform. The music used in this song is "Laser Eye" from the album NLV 165 - Techno Town.
CRANKY:
You can be here, you can be there, anywhere
You can go any place you wanna go, don't ya know?
You're just an image of yourself, floating in the air
Can't lift a thing, and you can't even comb your hairA hologram is like a telegram
You can send it anywhere
But you never go nowhere
You gotta realize your limitations when you're just thin airDIDDY:
---Yeah but---cap---K---Rool--is a---king---CRANKY:
Hold on a second, there, I'm not finished! Now, where was I? Oh, yeah! You can't peel bananas that you wanna eat
You can't feel the ground with your own two feetDK:
You can't even eat bananas?!CRANKY:
No! How many times do I gotta tell ya?DIDDY:
---You got---the---the---K---Rool---ack---ng---CRANKY:
A hologram is like a telegram
You can send it anywhere
But you're not really there
You can't touch anything...

Don't you understand that holograms can't push red buttons!
Bluebeard Baboon's Curse of the Double Doubloon
In the episode "The Curse of Kongo Bongo", after Cranky Kong warns Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong of the potential dangers from the Curse of the Double Doubloon, the former two sing "Bluebeard Baboon's Curse of the Double Doubloon".
DK:
Disaster strikes our island if this dreaded curse comes true
There will be no Kongo Bongo and no bananas, too
Who knows how many got this note and understood its power
To anyone who reads it twice, this could be our darkest hourIt's the dreading dabbar blabboo cursed double dabble of doobie-doo
CRANKY:
No, you're saying it wrong!
It's Bluebeard Baboon's curse of the Double Doubloon!DK:
The secret of the double curse lies in the words you see
If you read them once, then read them twice, then we'll all be history
There's danger in the jungle and it's causing a commotion
The island that we know and love will sink into the ocean! It's the dreddle double birboo cursing double woppu of blue suede shoe
CRANKY:
No, you're saying it wrong!
It's Bluebeard Baboon's curse of the Double Doubloon!DK:
There's trouble in the jungle and we'd better solve it soon
With Bluebeard's curse, things go bad to worse; it looks like we're all doomed!
Spellbound
In the episode "The Curse of Kongo Bongo", just after Bluster Kong starts running away with his copy of Bluebeard Baboon's curse letter, the scene immediately transitions to General Klump and Krusha still in their spellbound states while King K. Rool sings "Spellbound".
With this book of spells, I will unleash an ancient power
I can cause disaster, bring down mountains or make flowers
All the gators in the land will rejoice and sing
When I make the apes of Kongo Bongo puppets on a stringThey'll be spellbound and in my power
I'll shrink them down to size and then I'll swat them all like fliesDonkey Kong will file my claws, I'll make him oil my feet
I'll turn bananas into cheese; there'll be nothing left to eat
I'll freeze Cranky's hologram and then I'll stuff him in a jar
I'll use him as a nightlight on the wall in my boudoirRuler of the universe, I feel so sublime
I'll pull out my stick and make them limbo a thousand times! They'll be spellbound and in my power
I'll shrink them down to size and then I'll swat them all like flies
They'll be spellbound, they'll run for cover
I'll turn them into big-eared mice! It won't be very nice
I Like Evil
In the episode "Speed", when King K. Rool berates General Klump for failing him, Krusha decides to claim dominance over K. Rool and proceeds to sing "I Like Evil".
I like evil... Lovely evil
I like evil so much I could SCREAM!
There's so much joy in planning my next diabolical scheme!Look at all the weak fools not caring an ounce
When they least expect it, I'll creep up and pounce!
Yes...pounce!You see, K. Rool, it's no wonder your plans never work for you
You must love evil
Delicious evil
My heart is blacker than nightfall and then...
You must be ruthless enough to dislike and deceive all your friendsLook at all the hollow ones sitting on the fence
Commit yourself to evil, success is so intense!
Intense!I like evil...
I like evil...
I LOVE EVIL!!!
Evil...
Why'd I Have to Fall for a Hero?
In the episode "Speed", when Donkey Kong laments having missed spending time with Candy Kong, she sings "Why'd I Have to Fall for a Hero?" to brighten him up.
You're in line to be number one
And everyone's depending on you
I must admit it's getting kinda rough
A-waitin' 'round and playing number twoI have particular needs
So why'd I have to fall for a hero? There ain't nothin' in the world that's free
A sacrifice to be all you can be
I ain't used to sittin' 'round the tree
But he's worth havin', if you know what I meanSometimes I feel like I'm in the way
But I know he's out there savin' the dayI have particular needs
So why'd I have to fall for a hero?
I'm not so hard to please
So why'd I have to fall for a hero?Hero... Hero...
Why'd I have to fall for a hero?
Haven't Got a Friend in the World
In the episode "Klump's Lumps", when Dixie Kong is trying to understand why General Klump is sobbing alone, Klump explains his woes by singing "Haven't Got a Friend in the World".
Don't waste your time
Lookin' at a sorry sight like me
A quiverin' pile of mush, that's me
All my years of service and devotion to the king
I'm a quiverin', snivelin', non-existent thingI know I've failed
I know my ship has sailed
Stripped of my rank
I know my ship has sank
And I haven't got a friend in the worldI'm a quiverin', snivelin', blubberin'
Nameless, non-existent mass of nothin'
Worthless, soggy pile of mush
And I haven't got a friend in the world
No...I haven't got a friend in the world
Is There Someone...?
In the episode "Klump's Lumps", as King K. Rool is welcoming Klump back into his ranks, the scene immediately transitions to Dixie Kong broken-heartedly singing "Is There Someone...?".
DIXIE:
What did I do to make you leave me?
Why does everybody always leave me alone?
Now that everybody's gone
It's so hard to carry on
Is there someone I can truly call a friend? It's such a crime to be deserted all the time
Shouldn't come as a surprise
I wish I'd seen it in their eyes
Is there someone I can truly call a friend?KLUMP:
I'm such a spineless, low-down, lyin', cheatin' friend...
Look Out, World ('Cause Here I Come!)
In the episode "Bluster's Sale Ape-Stravaganza", when Donkey Kong is asking Candy Kong about her decision to star Cranky Kong in a Bluster Barrelworks commercial, Candy sings "Look Out, World ('Cause Here I Come!)".
Never felt so alive
I'm a mover and a shaker with a jumpin' jiveHey diddle diddle, forget about the middle
Take me to the top 'cause I've finally arrived
Watch out down below
I'm a-wheelin' and a-dealin' like a C.E.O.
See me shout, I feel like bustin' out
There's no tellin' how far I could goBull by the horns, tiger by the tail
Get out of my way, I got barrels for sale
Don't you see that I'm second to none?
Look out, world, 'cause here I come!Ooh, swing it, baby...
World's my oyster, can't you see?
Everything's growing exponentially
There's so much opportunity
For a one-woman advertisin' factoryNever felt so alive
I'm a mover and a shaker with a jumpin' jive
Hi-dee-hi-dee-ho and a skoo-de-lee-bebop
I'm just like cream; I'm rising to the top
The future's so bright that I've got to wear shades
Look out, baby, I've got it made
Don't you see that I'm second to none?
Look out, world, 'cause here I come!
Just Remember Who You Are
In the episode "Bluster's Sale Ape-Stravaganza", when Candy Kong is berated by Bluster Kong for Cranky Kong not showing up in time for the commercial, she takes the fall for the perceived failure and sings "Just Remember Who You Are".
I was blinded by ambition
When I lost my inhibition
Now suddenly I'm wishin'
To be back where I belong
In the advertising rat race
At a crazy, frenzied pace
I was taking full advantage
And that's where I went wrongJust remember who you are
If you are what you ain't and you're not where you're at
Then you know you've gone too farI was steppin' on my friends
I would ridicule and offend
I didn't mean to condescend
Forgive my foolish pride
I couldn't see the jungle for the trees
The business brought me to my knees
You gotta learn how to
Cheat and scam and lieJust remember who you are
If you are what you ain't and you're not where you're at
Then you know you've gone too far
Just remember who you are
It's never too late to set yourself straight
Self-respect will make you a star

I'm ready right now, so why the big mystery?INKA DINKA DOO:
To know everything...
You must give up everything...DK:

Or my tickets to the Dingling Bros. Circus show
Could be my Planet of the Apes trading cards
Inka Dinka, tell me what to let go!

You've got to see beyond the mystery!KLUMP: Gotta bring it back!
DK: Gotta get it back!
KRUSHA: Take it back!

Don't lose faith in yourself when all seems lost and you're feelin' blue
Just don't lose heart, it'll all come throughDK:
I know I'm gonna get my butt kicked tonight
I'll be in so much pain, I will hardly stand upright
I'm gonna take a thrashin', he's gonna pound me to dust
By the time he's finished poundin', you'll never recognize meCANDY:
Be strongDK:

If you want a job with all the riches you can stand,
And all o' the security of a great pension plan,
Arrh! Then come aboard!ALL:

How my childhood curiosity got the best of me
With crystal skin and giant claws and dripping fangs and beady eyes
His arms surround you, feels like drowning in mud piesThe Big Bog Monster is comin' after you
His terrifyin' face will make ya scream until you're blueHis breath was awfully stinky, it could knock over a rhino
His hair was full of maggots and his ears dripped something yellow,
I thought to myself, What could it be?
His eyes were red from what I could see,
His arms were thicker than a tree,
It scared the bananas outta me!The Big Bog Monster is comin' after you
His terrifyin' face will make ya scream until you're blue
The Big Bog Monster is comin' after you

You're Donkey Croc, initials D.C.
Looking at your claws

You're mean and green, scaly sheen
Can't you see you're one of us?
You walk the walk, my brother Croc!
Arm in arm, together we rock!DK:

What Do You Love the Most?
In the episode "To the Moon Baboon", when Donkey Kong asks Diddy Kong for ideas on what to put into a time capsule, the two proceed to sing "What Do You Love the Most?".
DIDDY:
Kongo...
Bongo...
What'chu love most about Kongo Bongo, baby?
The banana trees swaying in the tropical breeze
As an aging simian snores
Ah, man, Cranky knows all the island lore...Bananas...
Ba...na...nas...
Oh, those mellow yellows...
Sun, hot burnin' rays
Waves, lazy days
Funky surfin', hangin' ten
Eleven different ways...So what do ya love most?
DK:
What do I love most?DIDDY:
Yeah, the most like banana roast on toast
By the Kongo Bongo coast
Lunch with Candy on a sandy beach
Swingin' tree to tree
Vine to vine
Passin' time...So what do ya love the most?
DK:
What do I love the most?DIDDY:

I've mixed up a potion, and soon Candy'll realize
That all she ever wanted was to be dear Bluster's bride
To finally be together is a dream that will come true
Flying off into the sunset in a copter built for two! Some say I'm dishonest, but I'm really truly fondest
Of a girl that I can take home to meet Mom!One pinch of banana root sent straight from my heart
Two drops of berry juice and we will never part
Three flower petals, oh, if Candy only knew!
Being together forever, shooby-dooby-doo!I see us in a treehouse
With a white-barreled fence
You bringing me my slippers
Oh, it all makes so much sense! One pinch of banana root sent straight from my heart
Two drops of berry juice and we will never part
Three flower petals, this potion I've made for you

I've dreamt about this moment for such a long time!
Donkey Kong at my feet, and the crystal is mine!
How sublime!Everything I've ever wanted but been tragically denied
Oh, this feeling's overwhelming, so much joy I cannot hide!
Not a notion 'bout this potion or the love and the devotion
I've got the coconut, and it's causing a commotion!
Proclaim it from the highest peaks and shout over the ocean!
I've got it all!I have never been so happy, oh, I feel I've been reborn
Dress me up in regal colors, blow the bugles, sound the horns!
Not a notion 'bout this potion or the love and the devotion

Proclaim it from the highest peaks and shout over the ocean!
I've got it all!

No Family Tree
In the episode "The Kongo Bongo Festival of Lights", after General Klump sees Krusha head out to the Festival of Lights, the former sings "No Family Tree" out of loneliness.
I've always been the only one
No home of my own, just a wayward son
And I bet they're all together, eatin' pizza mud pies
As they cozy on the sofa, watchin' swamp gas rise
I got no family tree
Just a bush, a twig, a branch, a saplin', that's meI never had no next of kin
Just a few hundred teeth and oily skin
And I still remember Mama's rotten turtle egg stew
And her beetle sandwiches at picnics, too!
I got no family tree
Just a bush, a twig, a branch, a sapling, that's me
I got no family tree
No one to celebrate the festival with me-e-e-e-e
Just Remember Me

CRANKY:
First, you get the chills from your head to your toes
Then, your nose starts to run 'til it overflows
Next, you're sneezing so hard, you'll throw out your back
Then, wham! Laryngitis stops you dead in your tracks!CANDY:
When you're shaking so bad and chilled to the bone
You're colder than a yeti or banana ice coneDIXIE:
You shiver and you quiver, you feel weak and real old
You're freezing, cold and wheezing, you'll look greener than mold!CRANKY:
The only cure...is the nectar of Tin-Banana-Tu!CANDY:
It's like having the flu times a hundred and two!DIXIE:
You'll wind up in bed, but you'll wish you were dead!CRANKY:
A disease that goes right to your head!CANDY:
Your voice gets all raspy until you can't talk
You can't speak, and it feels like you've swallowed a sock!DIXIE:

Until there's nothing left...CANDY & DIXIE:
Oh, no, please, make it stop!CRANKY:
The only cure...is the nectar of Tin Banana Tu!

Mystic Oracle Summoning Chant
In the episode "Monkey Seer, Monkey Do", when Funky Kong says he can translate the fortunes from his mystic oracle, he proceeds to sing his version of "Mystic Oracle Summoning Chant". When Diddy Kong grabs Funky Kong's mystic oracle to change Donkey Kong's fate, Diddy sings his version. When General Klump has just stolen Funky Kong's mystic oracle and presents it to King K. Rool, he attempts to remember the oracle's chant, and proceeds to sing his poetry slam, soul, and rock versions. After Klump fails to recite the correct chant for Funky's oracle multiple times, K. Rool decides he has had enough, and after two scene transitions, proceeds to sing his version.
Funky Kong's version
Monkey seer, monkey do
Mystic oracle, we summon you
Make the scene, groove on by
Bless us with your cosmic eye
Diddy Kong's version
Diddly-dee, diddly-doo
Mystic oracle, hello to you!
Check it out, swing on by
Something, something, cosmic eye
General Klump's poetry slam version
Lizard see, lizard saw
Mystic oracle, skoodilee-ba-trois
Slither here, slither there
Er, somethin', somethin', uh...cosmic air
General Klump's soul version
Oh, Mystic oracle!
Oh, Mystic oracle!
Show me the power!
General Klump's rock version
Mystic oracle!
Yo, baby!
OOooww-YOW, BABY!
King K. Rool's version
Kingly seer, kingly do
Mystic oracle, I summon you
Grace me, grant me, hop on by
Enchant me with your cosmic eye
Yes Means No
In the episode "Four Weddings and a Coconut", when Diddy Kong convinces Donkey Kong that Candy Kong does not actually wish to marry him, the two sing "Yes Means No".
DIDDY:
Oh! Candy's got you wrapped around her little finger
She just wants you to show her that you careDK:
So, if I ask her to be wed, it really means no instead?
It doesn't make much sense to you if she really doesn't want me too?DIDDY:
When she says "Yes, yes, yes"
It means "No, no, no"
When she says "Yes, yes, yes"BOTH:
It means "no, no, no"!DIDDY:
Yes means no and no means yes, it should be rather obvious
If you ask, she will say "nay", a swinging bachelor you will stay.DK:
Oh, this makes no sense to me. If I ask her, she won't agree.
Why look like a foolish clown, when she's only gonna turn me down?If I read between the lines and understand what you say
It's not a true proposal, just a role I'll play!BOTH:
When she says "Yes, yes, yes"
It means "No, no, no"
When she says "Yes, yes, yes"
You know it's all for show
When she says "Yes, yes, yes"
It means "No, no, no"
When she says "Yes, yes, yes"
You know it's all for show
The Banana Do-si-do
In the episode "Four Weddings and a Coconut", when Donkey Kong is frustrated over the fact that a group of Kremlings are preventing him from attending his own wedding ceremony, he sings "The Banana Do-si-do" to distract them. The music used in this song is "Techno Cowboy" from the album NLV 166 - Cowboy Camp.
You bow to the left, you bow to the right
You take your partner's hand and you hold on tight
You pull him in close and you don't let go
Now you're doin' the Banana Do-si-do!You push him back quick then you pull him in fast
You spin him real hard to make the dizziness last
You grab him by the shoulders and you shake him like so
Now you're doin' the Banana Do-si-do!You grab him by the waist, lift him high in the air
If you throw him high enough, he'll need intensive care
You're doin' a hand-stand, you're walkin' real slow
Now you're doin' the Banana Do-si-do!You promenade as you're dancing through the Everglades
Skip to the beat 'til you can't feel your feet! You grab him by the sides and you bend him in half
You tickle his feet so it makes him laugh
Hold him in your arms, rock him to-and-fro
Now you're doin' the Banana Do-si-do!Doin' the Banana Do-si-do!
Do You Know What This Means?
In the episode "Follow That Coconut", when General Klump and Krusha give King K. Rool the real Crystal Coconut, having just avoided falling for a fake one, K. Rool begins singing "Do You Know What This Means?".
K. ROOL:
Could it be? I have what I've wanted!
Just a minute, I want to savor this moment!
The power that I now possess
Suits me well, I must confess
It's good to be...
Glorious me!Do you know what this will mean to me?
I'm the power over all that I see!
Kneel before me as I reign supreme!
Do you know what this means?CRANKY:
Why don't you just rip my heart out!?
Do you know what this means?
The Crystal Coconut, in the hands of that fiend...
Our future's in doubt, you dim-witted lout! This is the worst thing that could ever have happened!
This could cost us everything!
We're doomed, you bone-headed baboon!
Now go! Go out and get the Coconut back!
And don't come back until you get it!
The Diddy Drop Rap
In the episode "Follow That Coconut", when Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong crash into King K. Rool, General Klump, and Krusha, K. Rool grabs Diddy and all five sing "The Diddy Drop Rap".
K. ROOL:
Lookie here, lookie here, look what I've got!
Don't think I won't let little Diddy drop!DK:
Hold it now, hold it now, hold it, hold it right there!
You wouldn't drop, couldn't drop, you wouldn't dare!K. ROOL:
I'm a reasonable raving, derange-able despot!
I'll tell you what, we'll trade, like a stock-exchange
Wheel and deal, how's that feel? It's a steal
Diddy for the Coconut, the Coconut for Diddy!DIDDY:
Don't do it! Don't do it! He's bluffin', I hope!K. ROOL:
I guarantee, as you see, there's no pity for Diddy!KLUMP & KRUSHA:
No bluffin'! No bluffin'! No bluffin'! No bluffin'!DK:
Wait a sec! What the heck? Let us make a trade
Give me my little buddy and we'll stop this escapadeK. ROOL:
Diddy for the Coconut! The Coconut for Diddy!
I'm going to count to ten and it's up to you then!
One!KLUMP:
A-one! A-one!KRUSHA:
This is funDIDDY:
DK! Beware!
Take care, it's a snare!
He's just guff'n, he be bluffin'
It's K. Rool, he'll stop at nothin'!K. ROOL:
Two! And you, it's your cue, whatcha gonna do?DK:
Gotta think, what to do, or my little buddy's through!
Give up the Coconut or else he's gonna drop you!K. ROOL:
How touching! I may cry, don't you see? Do I hear "three"?!KLUMP & KRUSHA:
Three! A-three! Let him drop and then we'll see!
Three! A-three! Make him Diddy fricassee!DIDDY:
Hey, big buddy! Did you see, did you see?
You can save the Coconut, the Coconut can save me!K. ROOL:
Four!DIDDY:
Wait, there's more! Got a plan, got a trick
You can use your big foot, hit 'em with a big foot kick!DK:
What?K. ROOL:
Five!KLUMP & KRUSHA:
That's no jive! Take a dive!K. ROOL:
Six and seven!
Time to learn a lesson!DIDDY:
C'mon, big buddy, use your big foot kick!DK:
I get it, I get it! Little buddy, that's slick!
But I got two coconuts, so which one do I pick?K. ROOL, KLUMP & KRUSHA:
Eight!DK:
Wait, I have to concentrate!K. ROOL, KLUMP & KRUSHA:
Nine!DK:
Can't decide, do or die, running out of time!K. ROOL, KLUMP & KRUSHA:
Ten!K. ROOL:
It's time to end this drama!DK:
Here goes nothing, banana-slamma!
Vote for Me
In the episode "Vote of Kong-Fidence", when Donkey Kong comes up with the campaign slogan "I do nothing better than anyone", he proceeds to sing "Vote for Me".
Vote for me, I do nothing
Vote for me, better than anyone
Vote for me, I do nothing better than anyone
Vote DK!
In the episode "Vote of Kong-Fidence", when Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong approach Krusha, and DK tries to come up with a reason to vote for him, he sings "Vote DK!"
Donkey Kong, the ape on a mission
He's got the answers, he's a politician
He's not lying, he's just a politician
Donkey Kong, the ape is on a mission
Vote DK!
Metal Head
In the episode "The Big Switch-a-Roo", when Diddy Kong realizes that Donkey Kong's brain and larynx are inside the body of Bluster Kong's robot, they both sing "Metal Head". The music used in this song is "Velodrone" from the album NLV 157 - Dark Gears Electronica. The final verse parodies the song "Around the World" by Daft Punk.
DIDDY:
Is there something you should tell me, big buddy?
Are you aware of the glare from the sun shining off of your hair?DK:
I don't know what you mean, it's just a healthy sheen
I must admit I feel a little strange
But I've never felt better, I'm stronger than ever
Can't you see nothing's changed?DIDDY:
I don't know how to tell you, metal buddy
But you look just like a solar-powered turbo-charged washing machineDK:
I'm not light on my feet, now I clank and I squeak
But my voice is the same when I speak
My hand looks like aluminum foil
Does this mean that I need a tune-up and a change of oil?I'm a metal head, a metal head, a metal head, a metal head
I'm a metal head, a metal head, a metal head, a METAL HEAD!
Head Games
In the episode "The Big Switch-a-Roo", when Cranky Kong is trying to fix Bluster Kong's robot (with Donkey Kong's brain and larynx) to no avail, he, DK (in the robot's body), Diddy Kong, and General Klump (in Candy Kong's body) sing "Head Games".
CRANKY:
What are you gonna do, DK? Head-butt them?
(Laughs)DIDDY:
I know, I know! He'll play head games with them!
(Laughs)CRANKY:
(Laughs)
Head games, that's good!
(Laughs)
No, hold on, DK will be okay! He's got a good head off his shoulders!
(Laughs)KLUMP:
Ohh! This is giving me a headache!CRANKY:
"Headache"! Ha, ha, get it? "Head" ache!
(Laughs)DIDDY:
You know, DK, you could always head 'em off at the pass!CRANKY:
After giving them a head start!
(Laughs)DIDDY:
(Laughs)KLUMP:
Okay, that's enough! All o' you head on outta here!CRANKY:

Hey, kids, the world just got cooler
Stand back while I make the scene
I'm the most, uh! And that ain't no boast
I'm the swingin'est thing from coast to coast
I'm a lizard's nightmare, I'm every girl's dream
The picture of perfect, you know what I mean?I'm Leo Luster (pow)!
I'm where it's at, I'm a far-out happenin' cat!
Uh! I'm Leo Luster, baby, I'm a trip
Man, it hurts to be this hip!Cats, dig, it's time to get hip now
Hop aboard, it's a groovy ride
Dig my threads, my shades and my hair
Step aside, squares!
I'm a lizard's nightmare, I'm every girl's dream
The picture of perfect, you know what I mean?I'm Leo Luster (pow)!
I'm where it's at, I'm a far-out happenin' cat!
Uh! I'm Leo Luster, baby, I'm a trip
Man, it hurts to be this hip!
Baby, I'm Back!
In the episode "Hunka Hunka Burnin' Bluster", when Donkey Kong convinces Bluster Kong to assume his "Leo Luster" alter-ego without the help of his serum, Bluster succeeds and sings "Baby, I'm Back!". The background music for this song is the same as that of "I'm Leo Luster".
I'm back, baby!
Hey, hah! It's good to be back here
You're beautiful and straight from the heart
It's time, uh! To fly the coop now
Destination: Splitsville, dad!
I'm better than ever, I'm top of my game
Look in my eyes, baby
Ain't it the same?I'm Leo Luster, baby, I'm back!
I'm still a happenin' cat, reow!
I'm Leo Luster, I've always had the stuff
I'm that good, you just can't get enough!
I'm Leo Luster
I'm an irresistible force!
I'm Leo Luster
I'm like a heart attack, baby!Like, man, let my people go-go!

Those were certainly some crazy-CRANKY:
Times of our lives!
I'm surprised we survived!CRANKY & K. ROOL:
Here we are, old friend!
Together again!
Through thick and thin
We'll always be friends!K. ROOL:

I almost had you then!
How about this?
Skydiving without a para-K. ROOL:

This Friendship is Wrong
In the episode "Best of Enemies", when General Klump and Krusha accidentally trap Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong in a cage, the four agree that they all miss their feuding ways and sing "This Friendship is Wrong".
KLUMP:
We gotta ourselves a problem here, sir
We need to band together
An alliance is the only solution
To make these friends fair weatherDK:
I think I know what will make it happen
If I'm right, there might be hope
We'll send a letter to the both of them
Calling each other a dopeDIDDY & KRUSHA:
Shh!DK & KLUMP:
Keep it down, we need a remedy
Gotta have a plan, gotta make 'em enemiesDIDDY & KRUSHA:
Shh!DK & KLUMP:
This can't go on, this friendship is wrong
Gotta break 'em up and put them back where they belong!KLUMP:
What if we throw a party
In honor of King K. Rool?
And invite everyone but Cranky
He's sure to feel like a fool!DK:
Um...no. That won't work
A contest is the key
One so big, K. Rool will cheat
Then these pals are history!DIDDY & KRUSHA:
Shh!DK & KLUMP:
Keep it down, we need a remedy
Gotta have a plan, gotta make 'em enemiesDIDDY & KRUSHA:
Shh!DK & KLUMP:
This can't go on, this friendship is wrong
Gotta break 'em up and put them back where they belong!
If I Wasn't Around
In the episode "It's a Wonderful Life", after Donkey Kong is rejected by all of his companions, he sings "If I Wasn't Around" in despair.
Why does it seem
Everyone is so unhappy with me?
When I try to do my best
They treat me like a pest
Well, maybe...
They'd be better off if I wasn't aroundNo, no, no, wasn't around...
Why should I stay
When all I do is get in the way?
They think I'm a clown
They push me around
Well, maybe...
They'd be better off if I wasn't aroundOh, why should I stay?
When they treat me...they treat me that way!
If I... If I... If I... If I...
Wasn't around!
Let Me Go Back to My Home
In the episode "It's a Wonderful Life", after Donkey Kong is horrified by the alternate timeline where he does not exist, he and Eddie sing "Let Me Go Back to My Home".
DK:
No! I can't believe what I see
Everything's upside down, and it makes no sense to me
In my current state, I can't change their fate
If you send me back, I swear I'll set things straightDK: You gotta send me back!
EDDIE: No can do!
DK: I've been dissed!
EDDIE: You not exist!
DK:
Eddie, let me go back to my home
Without me, everything's all wrong
Eddie, let me go back to my home
Let me put things back where they belong
Eddie, let me go back to my home
Without me, everything's all wrong
Eddie, let me go back to my homePlease! I'm down on my knees
There's a world that needs saving
Baby Bobby Eddie Yeti, just let me be

Come on, come on, Eddie, you got to help meDK: You gotta send me back!
EDDIE: Me not sure!
DK: Just one day?
EDDIE: No way, José!
DK:
Eddie, let me go back to my home
Without me, everything's all wrong
Eddie, let me go back to my home
Let me put things back where they belong
Eddie, let me go back to my home
Without me, everything's all wrong
Eddie, let me go back to my home
Can You Ever Forgive Me?
In the episode "Just Kidding", when Cranky Kong appears in DK's Tree House, he sings "Can You Ever Forgive Me?" as part of his next prank. The music used in this song is "Please Forgive Us" from the album NLV 163 - Game Show Gold.
I just wanted to say I'm sorry
I didn't mean to take things so far
This is right from the heart
Let's make a fresh start
Can you ever forgive me?Look! I came over here to be a nice guy!
You're lookin' at me with un-trusting eyes!
Would I make you the fool purposely?
What more do you want from me!?
Ah...this is too much work for me...
The Coconut is Cursed!
In the episode "Just Kidding", when Donkey Kong is about to reclaim the Crystal Coconut from King K. Rool and his minions, they all sing "The Coconut is Cursed!" as part of DK's attempt to trick K. Rool.
DK:
You see...
The Coconut is cursed and I hope you didn't touch itK. ROOL:
Cursed!?KLUMP:
What!?K. ROOL:
Don't be ridiculous!DK:
You might feel a twitch or a tingly sensationK. ROOL:
Tingly-shmingly! You're an irritation
AAAAAAAAAAH!
I'm tingling, I'm tingling!
My hand is twitching and quivering!KLUMP:
I'm twitchin', sir, I'm twitchin'!KRUSHA:
I'm quiverin'!K. ROOL, KLUMP & KRUSHA:
OH NO!DK:
It's much
Worse than I thought, it's the curse that you've got!K. ROOL:
No, it's not, that's absurd!KLUMP & KRUSHA:
Word!K. ROOL:
We're just ting-a-ling with excitement!DK:
Yeah, maybe you're right, that's all it ever was...
Besides, if you're cursed you'd know, 'cause
You're not really cursed unless you start itching!K. ROOL, KLUMP & KRUSHA:
Ooh, aah, scratch!
Itchy, itchy, itchy, itchy!
Ooh, aah, scratch!
Itchy, itchy, itchy, itch!KRUSHA:
All this scratchin' is making me itch...K. ROOL:
It's just...
A coincidence!
It's allergies! That's right!
Yes, that's right, it's just an allergy!DK:
You're probably right
'Cause the real curse doesn't kick in until you start
Start sneezing!K. ROOL:
A-CHOO!DK:
Gesundheit!KLUMP:
AAAAA-CHOO!DK:
Bless you!K. ROOL, KLUMP & KRUSHA:
AA-AA-AA-AA-CHOO!DK:
Klump, use a tissue!K. ROOL:
Donkey Kong, I'm down on my knees!
Are there any other symptoms to this curse?
Tell me, please!DK:
Uh, just one...
But no need to fret!
I'm sure this is something that you'll never get!K. ROOL:
What is it!? What is it!?KLUMP & KRUSHA:
Tell us quick, tell us fast!K. ROOL:
If you don't tell us now
I don't think that we can last!DK:
