The Big Bullet Bill blocking the way

In Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games, a Big Bullet Bill appears as a rival boss and is similar in size to a Banzai Bill. The player meets him in Skeleton (Single Festival), Bobsleigh (Team Festival), and Blazing Bobsleigh (DS Adventure Mode).

The Big Bullet Bill is first faced in the Skeleton Bobsleigh event in Festival mode. Since he can fly, he has no need for a bobsled and he can maneuver through the course with ease. If the player loses, the Big Bullet Bill will fly proudly towards the sky, soon after Cream proclaims that the match was not fair because the Big Bullet Bill could fly. If the player is the winner, the Big Bullet Bill will fly away slowly towards and behind the crowd.

In the Adventure Tours mode of the Nintendo DS version, he appears at the end of Cubyrinth, where he keeps Icy in a cage, and will only release the Snow Spirit if the player beats him in a race.
