Catherine "Kate" Davis Higgins (also known as Kate Davis), born August 16, 1969 in Charlottesville, Virginia, is an American voice actress and singer-songwriter. In the Mario series, she has provided the voice of Pauline since Super Mario Odyssey, as well as providing her vocals in the English versions of "Jump Up, Super Star!" and "Break Free (Lead the Way)" from the same game, replacing the unknown voice actress who portrayed Pauline in the Mario vs. Donkey Kong series. She has also formerly voiced Miles "Tails" Prower and currently voices Wave the Swallow from the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise in various installments of the Mario & Sonic series.
