- 2nd level difficulty: A random object (which can be a duck, a cup of tea, a bird in a nest, an egg, a tomato, or a turtle) appears alongside the amiibo.
- 3rd level difficulty: A random object from level 2 and a fake Mario amiibo appear alongside the real amiibo.

Trivia
- Although the Nintendo Switch had been released 16 months earlier, whose right Joy-Con have native amiibo tapping on its analog stick, and whose Switch Pro Controller have native amiibo tapping on its front center, no Nintendo Switch controllers are used for any of the three difficulty levels.
- The Wii U lower left touch square, and the standalone "Nintendo 3DS NFC Reader/Writer" designed for older versions of Nintendo 3DS and Nintendo 2DS, aren't used by the microgame either.
