When the player encounters this enemy; the enemy is not very dangerous at first, but if the enemy charges an ally, he can become a bit of a problem. When riding a broom, he attacks with electricity, but a double jump will make him fall off. When on the ground, he boldly walks up to Mario and smacks him.
