- “See, once you get your first squeeze, you never wanna let go. You're hooked. That's how I turn a profit.”
- —Wringer, Paper Mario: Color Splash
The Wringer is a character in Paper Mario: Color Splash. He is a shady Toad found in the harbor district of Port Prisma to the right of the Know-it-All Toad, inside a barrel. The first time Mario talks to him, he offers a plunger for free because it is Mario's first time. After that, he sells Things to Mario for a price. However, he must squeeze the Thing in the level it came from first before the Wringer sells it. If Mario already has a Thing, the item is marked as "Sold Out." If Mario needs a Thing that the Wringer does not have, it is marked as "Coming Soon."
When Mario buys a Thing, the floor opens, allowing it to rise from underground. He can then squeeze it into a card as they normally would.

Trivia[edit]
- The Wringer's quote "See, once you get your first squeeze, you never wanna let go. You're hooked. That's how I turn a profit," is a reference to the use and dealing of illegal drugs.
- Due to the size of the Turnip, it falls from the sky instead of coming up from the ground.
