Spinning block
The location of a Power Moon in Super Mario Odyssey
First appearance Super Mario Odyssey (2017)

Spinning blocks[1] are solid objects on tracks that appear in the sub-area of the Luncheon Kingdom in Super Mario Odyssey. They have a shape of either a cylinder or a cuboid. Every few seconds, spinning blocks on one track and the associated regional coins shake and then rotate 90 degrees in one direction.
